Gift Vouchers

Treat someone to what they really want. Choose one or multiple vouchers, presented in a gift card with the option to send a personal message. The following terms and conditions apply:
 

• Gift vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10, £25 and £50.
• Gift Vouchers may only be used for purchases on jellycat.com. They cannot be used in any store or any other website selling Jellycat.
• Gift Vouchers will expire three years after the point of purchase.
• Gift vouchers may only be used once.
• If the value of goods purchased is less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance on the gift voucher will be lost.
• You may only redeem your Gift Vouchers in the currency they are marked as.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
• Purchases made with Gift Vouchers can be returned. New Gift Vouchers will be sent as a replacement, rounded up to the nearest denomination of the item purchased.
• Purchases made with a combination of Gift Vouchers and cash can be returned. They will be refunded with the exact same value of Gift Vouchers used in the original purchase and any additional value refunded back to the original payment method.
• All refunds of purchases made with Jellycat Gift Vouchers will be made in accordance with Jellycat Returns and Cancellations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced.

Jellycat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, where considered reasonable and necessary to do so. Our Terms & Conditions are available here.
